- Developing habits that serve your goals
- Career transitions and doing what you love
- Relationships (Friends, Co-workers, etc)
- Anxiety, overwhelm, stress
- Your relationship with your Self
- Body composition optimization and body love
- Nutrition optimization
What to Expect:
- Wellness Coaching IS NOT THERAPY. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while wellness coaching focuses on setting and achieving small goals. When you sign up for coaching, you are committing to taking action.
- Be prepared to do small, achievable goals over a period of time (months at the very minimum).
- Habits you create in the wellness coaching program are not meant to be quick fixes, but are instead implemented for a lifetime of wellness.
- How much you put in, you will get out. Weekly homework, reading, and challenges are available - - but only if that is what will serve you in reaching your highest and greatest potential.
- Trying and "failing" is an ingrained part of the learning process. You cannot have success without failures along the way. Get ready to learn A LOT :-)

- 4 (25 min) Wellness Coaching Monthly Membership
